Massage
More traditional massage session with Angela, modality will vary to meet your goals.
Can be therapeutic, swedish relaxation and sports and can sometimes include scraping, cupping and cbd!

We offer 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions.
2 hour sessions can be discussed with your therapist.

New client assessment
This is an all inclusive, 90 minute movement and body-balance assessment for athletes or those wishing to find the root of their chronic tension or pain or to prevent injury in athletic endeavors.
​
You will get:
A full assessment, Treatment, Corrective exercises and a treatment/time table for your goals.

Bodywork
Performance based Bodywork sessions are a fusion of Sports Massage, Therapeutic, Active & Positional release, paired with movement exercises to optimize muscle recruitment and balance your body based on where you are in your season and the position you play.
Reduce injury potential
Increase strength, agility, Range of Motion and ultimately Performance.

**All Bodywork clients must be approved, and you must first have an assessment.
Sports Massage
Traditional massage, performed in shorts and on top of the sheets, to lengthen short tight muscles, increase range of motion and increase bloodflow. Moderate to deep pressure with some stretching or activation.
Fertility Bodywork
Corrine is certified in holistic bodywork to combat the various reasons for infertility. This can be used as a method to increase the potential to conceive, or used in preparation for IVF or simply to create the best internal environment for pregnancy and baby. #fertilitywarrior
Therapeutic Massage
Traditional Massage, using a combination of styles to relax the nervous system, work through knots and ease your pain and tension by creating change that will last you longer.
Relaxation Massage
Stress and a frazzled nervous system can create pain and tension just as easily as physical activity. Swedish relaxation, performed to ambient music and paired with a touch of therapeutic. (Be aware, you're asking for relaxation in a sports environment!)
